A silver box with no hinges, it I said about twelve inches square, and about two inches thick. It appears to be solidly silver for a out half an inch in thickness with the remainder of the thickness having slats on the side. Through the slats you can see silver discs. The left upper corner has dip switch that has three setting. The upper right corner has what appears to be an old style faucet handle that freely turns left or right. In the center of the boxes face is an impression of a hand.
