Man wearing corduroy pants and a leather jacket who appeared in Percivals dream, and was at the bookstore where Percival works the next, looking through “spell books” and who freaked out upon seeing Percival, due to Percival appearing in his dream.
He said that he felt like he would never escape “her” meaning Demarkov.

Frey is a collector of Diamonds. Not the normal kind, but those made of the compressed ash remains of people and animals. He seems to be more into celebrity diamonds that were murdered over dying naturally or by accident.
