Pine Mill is the closest town just outside of the Montgomery Estate. Pine Mill holds a population of under 500 people with any promise the town once had having collapsed when the rendering plant was shut down.

Motel Motel - This .01 star motel is Pine Mill's one and only place for overnight stay. It is conveniently situated across the street from several of Pine Mill's other features such as their popular Kennsinger's gas station and is within walking distance to the ever popular closed laundry mat, Pitt's Feed store, and Buckeys Hunting and Groceries Supply.
