A strange old man, wearing a brown pinstriped suit, who is a door to door salesman.
Henry is a cantankerous old coot who claims to have sold the earth to the Liquidian Empire, who rule large sections of the universe. He also claims that he sold a vacuum to William Chambers (Mr. Owl).
In his possession were a rolling suitcase, a sword cane, a over sized bill that possessed a greenish glow and had a picture of a jellyfish/octopus kind of creature on it, and a credicar that was comically large and which he called a “Plutonian Card” good anywhere in the known universe.
Percival and Henry got into a bit of an argument as Percival took the strange bill from the old man after paying his debt to he hotel. Henry claimed the bill was work more than the entire hotel itself and Percival eventually capitulated and handed it back after the old man drew the sword from his cane. Percival still believes the money is fake and nothing more than novelty money a crazy old man tried to pass off as currency.
Henry tried to insert himself as a legal representative for Percival and Lucien when mr fish and the man with bowler hate approached them to hire them to work for Mr Owl.
