[Romania] Milky {deceased}

A man in mid to late forties who works for an organized crime syndicate. He is crude and crass and prefers to party, doing drugs, drinking and having sex with hookers.

He is a large beast of man, his body is thick and hairy, with milky white eyes, as though he has cataracts or glaucoma. His fingers are so thick he had to cut off the trigger guard to his gold plated desert eagle to be able to pull the trigger.

Milky was later killed by one of the prostitutes he keeps.
