This is not "news" per se, so much as it is more a mass email from KRP/PBR. The recipient list is private.
We detected an anomaly at 9:07AM (EET) with the Cauldron tower in Lithuania operating at 3280 kHz on ID SO5b. At this time Cauldron failed to initialize within it's normal 15 minute parameters. At approximately the same time KTY reported EYECAT initiated a SOA level of Perception Alpha.
We know from the past that this level of SOA is minor but this is still very exciting news.
Cauldron returned to normal operation at 9:17AM (EET) beginning with a single long tone before broadcasting a +3mKz shift signal.
It is worth noting Horn Station out of New York was delayed in broadcasting for approximately 2 minutes and 53 seconds.
