The card, by description, depicts a "...poverty stricken woman, flanked on either side by a rat, both of which are dark in color and reach her upper thigh. She is surrounded by the seven traditional Insospettirsi skulls which 11 rats crawl over. The card's background features a silhouette of a tombstone with opposing rat heads protruding from it. The silhouette rat heads mirror each other, facing opposite the flanking rats."
The card is also noted to be attached to the victory condition known as, "The Entombed Pestilence Victory" and is said to be achievable within the first 5 rounds of play with a luck initial drawing of the cards.
