Rosaleen, is a homeless artist from Australia, who left for the US due to be charged with obscenity charges in her home country.
Percival was asked by Morna to make sure she was safe, and gave him and address of where he would find her. Luckily that was where Percival and Lucien were doing a job for their government contract.
After finishing the job, Percival ran after Rosaleen and catching up with her, have her a an address where to meet him the next day. She began living in percivals tower.
Recently she was asked to come the Oltavs event, to sell her artwork, only for her to get lost in the ensuing chaos.
