It’s made of bone, and apparently steals the soul of those you stab in the back, and can impart the soul stored into another by stabbing them.
It was found by Lucien in the plane, where Polk took us to be cleansed of our “fragments” that were taunting us. It was taken from the last temple inside a hill.
